Below are our Terms & Conditions, please read them carefully, if there is anything you don't understand please feel free to contact us and we will explain it for you.
Bookings
To secure our services we require a deposit of £200, with the balance on the package you choose payable at least four weeks before your wedding date.
Deposits are strictly Non-Refundable, nor can they be transferred.
We will consider changes to your package at short notice, please give us as much notice as possible.
Bookings are not confirmed until we receive your deposit, as we work on a first come first serve basis we cannot pencil in your booking.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances out with your control may happen and we want to be as understanding as possible, so please get in touch with us as soon as you can if you want to cancel your wedding package.
Cancellations within 90 days of your wedding date will be liable for the full amount of the package to be paid unless we can replace your booking with another.
Date Changes
From time to time we are asked to change dates, please note that your deposit is for the date you have asked us to secure for you but we will change your date if the date requested is available.
If the date change request is for a date already fully booked by other couples we will try our best to find a replacement photographer for you, please note that we will not refund your deposit, nor will we transfer the deposit to another photographer, It will be up to you to secure and pay for their services.
Wedding Packages
Our wedding packages are by no means written in stone and we are quite happy to accommodate your requests if possible, we are getting increased requests from brides to be to have a separate album created for their intended with photos just for them.
As these photo's need to be staged very carefully and require our skills in setting up the right lighting and atmosphere etc, It is preferred if these photos can be arranged just before or just after your wedding day and not on the day itself when things can be a little hectic.
There would be an additional charge which can be discussed at the time of enquiry.
